    No, you don't.

  • Am I eligible to vote?

    You have the right to register to vote in Indiana if:

    1) You are both a U.S. citizen and a resident of Indiana; and
    2) You will be at least 18 years of age on or before the next General or Municipal Election, and
    3) You are not currently in prison after being convicted of a crime; and
    4) You have lived in the precinct where you vote for at least 30 days prior to the election.
    5) Your voter registration form must be dropped off or postmarked by the deadline:

    -Primary Voter Registration Deadline: April 5, 2010
    -General Election Voter Registration Deadline: October 4, 2010
